I found Heidi through my midwife who said Heidi could help my family through a traumatic birth experience. Everyone was okay but a major depression hit the family following. I wasn't ready at the time and held off a few years. My now 4-year-old had a hard time adjusting to mortality. I knew something was up. He had a hard time connecting with and trusting anyone. He was constantly in a state of fear and survival even though he was in a safe and stable home. The medical doctor said he was a normal kid. It was hard to do anything new and was hard to contain the tantrums. After only one session, over the phone, there was a world of difference. He started speaking clear, expressing desires to connect, able to recognize when he became over stimulated, started to do the breathing exercises I've been trying to teach him. He was taking information in all along but had some blockages that prevented him to live his full potential he embodies almost every generational trauma and Heidi has been so amazing coaching us through healing and connection. I'm so blessed to have found Heidi there are not words in all earthly languages to express my gratitude. She has assisted in building connections in our family that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own. She has since helped me, my husband, and  my other children.
